• We are simple people. Our clients are simple people too. None of us claim to be creative, stylish, or out-of-the-box. Frankly, we’re not in it for that.
• We don’t offer fancy pay packages. What we do offer is salary credited on the 7th of every month, without fail.
• Office starts at 9:00 AM sharp. If you walk in at 08:59:59, you’re on time. At 09:00:00, it’s a half day. Sorry, rules are rules.
• You get 15 paid leaves a year. Saturday may not be a holiday. We will not call you on Sundays either.
• There’s no cafeteria here. Tea and coffee are brewed fresh, so if you want one, you’ll need to wait about 5 minutes. Patience helps.
• We celebrate after every project delivery. That’s roughly three celebrations a month.
• Bejoy, who believes he owns the business is an old-school junkie and, frankly, a bit of a sad joke. He thinks very highly of himself. At the moment, there’s no alternative.
